Key Responsibilities

  • •Own HungerStation Market performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer, and operational metrics; monitor performance, identify drivers/gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, executive updates, and performance deep dives; provide ad hoc analysis to support critical business topics.
  • •Drive business forecasting and annual/strategic planning, including OKR setting, tracking, and performance management.
  • •Support P&L management by identifying revenue, cost, investment, and profitability drivers; build and challenge business cases and investment plans for initiatives such as store expansion.
  • •Lead business analytics deep dives across stores, customer, commercial, operations, and logistics; analyze acquisition, retention, churn, lifetime value, and campaign/promotion/pricing performance; recommend market and strategy actions.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of experience in performance management, strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics, e-commerce, or technology.
  • •Strong experience in business performance management, strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • •Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • •Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces, retail, or technology.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a relevant field.
