Own product strategy and execution across the entire Healia platform as the first product hire. Lead roadmap prioritization and cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Account Management, Operations, and Sales. Drive AI-driven product innovation, define success metrics, and make clear tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment. Serve as the voice of the customer and the clarity point for clients and leadership, while building scalable processes and tools for the product function.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product strategy and vision for the full Healia platform and align roadmap decisions to company goals and client needs
•Build and maintain a single product roadmap, leading discovery, design, build, and launch with cross-functional teams
•Identify and prioritize AI-driven product opportunities to reduce friction and unlock value for clients and members
•Define success metrics, monitor post-launch performance, and iterate based on data and feedback
•Synthesize voice-of-customer input from Account Management and Sales to shape the product roadmap and company strategy

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product management experience owning products from strategy through launch
•Hands-on shipping experience with AI-powered features and fluency using AI tools in your workflow
•Prior experience at a startup
•Ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator in a fast-growing environment
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
