Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy and vision for the full Healia platform and align roadmap decisions to company goals and client needs
  • •Build and maintain a single product roadmap, leading discovery, design, build, and launch with cross-functional teams
  • •Identify and prioritize AI-driven product opportunities to reduce friction and unlock value for clients and members
  • •Define success metrics, monitor post-launch performance, and iterate based on data and feedback
  • •Synthesize voice-of-customer input from Account Management and Sales to shape the product roadmap and company strategy
