•Identify improvement opportunities within the site and across the business unit.
•Remove organizational barriers to the continuous improvement process and drive sustainable results.
•Improve site layout and flow process through breakthrough process changes.
•Use Value Stream Maps to measure Lean progress and track project metrics.
•Motivate others to adopt process changes and train, educate, and mentor the organization on Lean/Sigma principles.

Key Requirements

•5 years of manufacturing experience (technical and/or manufacturing).
•Proven leadership, communication, and coordination skills to influence and motivate others.
•Strong project management skills with excellent oral and written communication.
•Ability to analyze and identify projects that reduce non-value-added activities and create customer value.
•Train, educate, and mentor others on Lean/Sigma principles, with a strong statistical background and change-driving ability.
