Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead incubation of advanced technology domains including Quantum, DC Facility liquid/immersion cooling (e.g., FMP), and AI-integrated software.
  • •Partner with CTO Office Solutions Engineers to deliver technical sales support and architectural guidance for key solutions and products.
  • •Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of incubation projects from technical validation and PoC execution to scalable business models.
  • •Bridge Japan market insights and requirements to Global Business Entities to influence product roadmaps.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and define/advocate for industry standards and policies aligned to Cisco’s architectural vision.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in business development, product management, or high-level technical/sales consulting in the ICT industry.
  • •Deep technical understanding of data center infrastructure, AI software, or advanced security/cryptography domains.
  • •Experience working in a “buddy” system with technical specialists (SEs) to drive complex sales pursuits and provide architectural guidance.
  • •Proven track record leading innovation projects or “0-to-1” business development initiatives.
  • •Native Japanese proficiency (N1+) and business-level English for global collaboration.
