Lead and scale MonetizeMore's fully remote engineering organization, owning technical strategy, architecture, and delivery metrics. Drive modernization and AI-enabled development, mentor Engineering Managers and Software Engineers, and partner with Product Management to deliver customer-focused outcomes. Ensure scalable, secure, high-availability ad-tech platforms while maintaining data privacy and compliance across a global team.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide engineering leadership and organizational design, building autonomous pods with clear career ladders and succession plans
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad-tech infrastructure while managing technical debt
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE) to identify bottlenecks and drive delivery velocity; lead AI-augmented tool adoption
•Collaborate with Product Management to ensure engineering pods deliver customer-focused outcomes and align with business goals

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years managing engineering managers
•Proven track record leading SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data-volume teams in a fully remote, globally distributed environment
•Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
•Data-driven with experience using engineering productivity metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE)
•Experience integrating AI tools into the development lifecycle
