Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, and modify components for medium- and high-voltage assemblies, breaker and auxiliary compartments, and related sub-assemblies.
  • •Follow electrical/mechanical drawings, sketches, and written or verbal instructions from supervisors or team leads.
  • •Complete ISO, quality, customer, and production checklists and related feedback forms.
  • •Mount and install electrical equipment; perform wiring operations and inspect assemblies for missing/loose hardware and cleanliness.
  • •Respond to change notices and customer-requested adjustments; support engineering/drafting work and train/coach colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience with hand and pneumatic (air) tools.
