Key Responsibilities

•Define and own Mintlayer’s ecosystem strategy, including developer adoption targets, grant program design, hackathon calendar, and ZK Thunder developer community development.
•Design and operate the Mintlayer ecosystem grants program.
•Build relationships with protocol developers, application builders, and developer community organizers.
•Own ecosystem KPIs such as active developers, deployed applications, TVL growth, and grant program conversion rates.
•Hire and manage the Ecosystem Manager and Developer Relations Lead; represent Mintlayer at conferences and coordinate tooling requirements with Protocol Engineering.
