  • •Design and operate the Mintlayer ecosystem grants program.
  • •Build relationships with protocol developers, application builders, and developer community organizers.
  • •Own ecosystem KPIs such as active developers, deployed applications, TVL growth, and grant program conversion rates.
  • •Hire and manage the Ecosystem Manager and Developer Relations Lead; represent Mintlayer at conferences and coordinate tooling requirements with Protocol Engineering.
