Lead presales engagements and deliver customer-centric CX solutions by defining high-level and detailed blueprints across CRM, Commerce, ECM and Portals. •Presales Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and craft winning proposals
•Solution Architecture & Design: Define high-level and detailed solution blueprints spanning CRM, Commerce, ECM, Portals
•Discovery Workshops: Rapidly prototype POCs and run workshops to capture business objectives and success metrics
•Client Interfacing & Stakeholder Management: Present architectures and roadmaps to executives and IT leaders
•Solution Delivery Guidance: Partner with development and delivery teams to validate design and enforce best practices

Key Requirements
