Lead and develop high-performing software engineering teams with people leadership, talent management, coaching, and organizational leadership. Partner with peer engineering managers, architects, product leaders, and business stakeholders to strengthen engineering culture and align engineering practices. •Foster cross-team collaboration and unify engineering practices through knowledge sharing, cross-training, and consistent standards.
•Provide technical leadership by coaching engineers, participating in engineering discussions, and promoting software quality, security, and resiliency.
