Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate and shape business development campaigns through industry conversations and professional networks.
  • •Oversee proposal responses as Capture Manager, including narrative development, coordination across teams, pricing, team/subcontractor engagement, risk review, and compliance procedures.
  • •Supervise and provide quality control for multiple delivery teams (5–8 consultants each) across inter-dependent workstreams, leading client interactions and insight validation.
  • •Drive practice development through performance appraisals, FP&A and operational performance improvement, thought leadership/IP generation, and coaching junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA plus 12+ years of related experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership or practice-building capacity (or equivalent experience/education).
  • •Proven seller-doer track record in a management consulting firm.
  • •Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Domain experience across corporate/enterprise strategy, market analysis/target operating model design, organizational assessment, business transformation/performance improvement, and related areas including corporate finance/valuations/M&A.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing, high-tempo environments and deliver executive-ready narrative and insights.
