Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the successful delivery of a high-volume portfolio of projects across Germany, typically valued €500k–€2m.
  • •Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, with robust project controls and reporting.
  • •Serve as senior escalation point and lead programme reviews, governance meetings, and executive reporting to client stakeholders.
  • •Drive operational excellence by embedding standardized delivery processes, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring policy and Health & Safety compliance.
  • •Own financial performance across the portfolio, including budgets, forecasts, change control, and resource planning; mentor and develop Project Managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised technical qualification in construction, mechanical or electrical discipline.
  • •Fluent in German and English.
  • •Significant experience leading project delivery teams within construction, fit-out, commercial real estate or capital projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
  • •Minimum 5 years experience developing new project opportunities, with evidence of running a P&L, managing a team, and creating bids/tenders/proposals.
