Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy sales professional to lead channel and retail sales in the Huabei region for AMD, building partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing key accounts in IT/semiconductor channels. You’ll develop market strategies, coordinate with marketing, forecast pipelines, and travel extensively to secure new opportunities and grow AMD’s premium business across the stack in China.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead GC component channel sales team in Huabei on daily operation to deliver the agreed quarterly and annually revenue, Sell through, sell out and market share targets.
•Retail customers/market development and management through Ryzen Stores program.
•Industry customers/market development and management including i-café, SMB etc.
•Engage, communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders to gain their alignment and supports to implement the defined sales strategies.
•Operationalize outstanding forecast and pipeline management in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual base and executive level reporting on overall program and market impact.

Salary: CNY 621,250 - 887,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher; college graduate
•5+ years management experience in channel distribution and sales (IT/semiconductor preferred)
•10+ years sales experience in the IT industry
•Strong communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
•Chinese native speaker with working-level English proficiency and ability to travel >50%
