Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with teams across International Wealth and Premier Banking to improve customer journeys, digital experiences, and product propositions.
  • •Support projects linked to innovation, data, digital, and customer-centricity.
  • •Review trends and insights and turn complex information into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate across customer, product, and strategy teams to shape improvements that make a difference for customers.
  • •Work with Products and Propositions teams on areas such as service, marketing, or complaints and support growth initiatives for wealth and mass affluent segments.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time for 18 months commencing July 2027.
  • •Have completed your studies by July 2027.
  • •Obtain (or expect to achieve) a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or an equivalent 2:1 degree).
  • •Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in Taiwan for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
