Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical contributor during development of next-gen DRAM nodes, driving process-aware product optimization.
  • •Analyze silicon data (electrical, parametric, yield, reliability) to identify process or integration limiters.
  • •Partner with design, process integration, test, and device teams to debug yield and performance issues and converge on root cause.
