Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the sampling team and plan sampling activities with planning and warehouse teams.
  • •Ensure required raw material samples and packaging materials are taken, tested, and released on time per SOP.
  • •Store retention samples for HALBs and selected raw materials and enable retrieval when needed.
  • •Collaborate with production, warehouse, chemistry, and microbiology labs for investigations; appraise sampler performance and manage workload.
  • •Administer QC computer systems (GLIMS), maintain MASTR, manage QC documentation, and support supplier deviation/claims and RMAQ review processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a degree in food science or a related field.
  • •Aptitude or experience with computer systems setup and static data maintenance.
  • •At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • •Experience supporting chemistry and microbiology lab sampling/testing activities.
  • •Willingness to work in Tuas (company transport provided at various MRT stations).
