•Translate complex business processes (cash application, deductions management, trade accruals, period close) into clear product requirements and user stories
•Partner with product development to identify, prioritize, and define new features based on CPG needs, market gaps, and client feedback
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as a trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions
•Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods with demonstrated expertise in General Accounting, A/R Accounting, Trade Management, or Trade Optimization

•Exposure to Trade Accounting
•Strong understanding of complex deductions management workflows
•Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
