Support the execution of people strategies for the Storm Lake Turkey Complex, partnering with site leadership, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence. Provide hands-on HR best-practice support to address day-to-day workforce needs with focus on employee engagement, retention, and development. Help drive safe and inclusive working conditions through investigations, coaching for leadership, and HR program execution aligned to operational goals and business results.

Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of people strategies aligned to operational goals for the Storm Lake Turkey Complex.
•Provide hands-on HR best-practice support to leaders to address workforce needs and strengthen engagement, retention, and development.
•Identify and correct risk-generating patterns in EEO and AA and conduct workplace investigations for conflict and performance issues.
•Coach leaders to support leadership development and decision-making to drive performance and productivity.
•Partner with COE and People Operations on HR program design/implementation and support talent evaluation, performance management, and talent acquisition per Tyson policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.

•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication, with the ability to adapt style across organizational levels.
•Significant knowledge in HR strategy execution, process improvement, strong analytical skills, and maintaining confidentiality.
