Engineering Manager, Tax Platform

Lead a team of engineers and product managers working on Stripe’s Tax Platform. Drive growth and operational excellence by setting team plans and delivery rhythm, collaborating across disciplines and time zones, and improving processes and tooling within the Tax Engineering organization. Provide hands-on technical leadership, guide architecture and strategy decisions, and manage engineering execution for business-critical services, including front-end/back-end, scalable databases, APIs, and operational rigor.
