Lead and develop a team of Brand Advocates to deliver a consistent, best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to drive sales and store targets through customer engagement, story-telling merchandising, store operations, and community involvement. Support training and development, monitor payroll and weekly reporting, maintain inventory integrity, uphold loss prevention/safety standards, and model inclusive, customer-first leadership.
