Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with operation, maintenance, and housekeeping of crushing and screening equipment to support production, quality, and safety goals.
  • •Perform machinery maintenance and repairs, including unplugging conveyors and screens, greasing moving parts, and repairing conveyor problems.
  • •Change out screens, rollers, cone liners, and help with crusher set up/take down (cables/hoses, blocks, assembling/disassembling, tarping, shoveling).
  • •Help maintain crusher operations and keep the crusher machinery area clean by clearing debris and moving excess materials.
  • •Operate equipment as trained (including skid steer/loader), use hand and power tools, and perform job site clean-up and material pickup/delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Previous experience in aggregate production, construction, mining, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments preferred.

  • •Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including in confined spaces and strenuous work.
  • •Must be able to work weekends as needed and hold a valid driver's license preferred.
