Senior Director, Corporate Counsel

Lead Public Sector Sales legal counsel by structuring and negotiating customer transactions, including sales agreements and Statements of Work. Serve as supervising attorney for Public Sector Sales deals, advise senior leadership on compliance matters, and drive contract process improvements. Partner across security operations, revenue recognition, sales operations, and technology operations to align agreements with internal policies and deliver timely, customer-centric deal closure while protecting Salesforce’s interests.
