Key Responsibilities

  • •Define specifications for regional configuration by translating regional requirements and best practice into functional documentation.
  • •Perform configuration work, testing, and documentation for local clinical functionality of TrakCare.
  • •Develop use cases/product requirements and provide business analysis for problems and new requests.
  • •Collect, synthesize, and prioritize customer feedback using customer feedback sessions and other mechanisms.
  • •Support development and implementation by collaborating with developers and internal stakeholders; deliver product presentations/demos to support knowledge sharing and client requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Clinical experience, preferably as a Medical Doctor or Nursing professional.
  • •Experience working with Healthcare IT, preferably through a software implementation as a vendor or customer.
  • •Experience writing use cases, requirements, or functional documentation for healthcare applications.
  • •Previous in-depth experience working with healthcare applications.
  • •University degree in Technology, Science, Medical, or Healthcare.
