Job Summary

Configure and manage the clinical functionality of the TrakCare Regional Edition product to meet local market requirements. Work with global product and local implementation teams to define regional configuration specifications, execute configuration work, and test and document outputs. Support QA, training, and documentation, gather and prioritize customer feedback, and participate in project teams to develop new functionality. Deliver product materials, presentations, and demos to support implementation and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Define specifications for regional configuration by translating regional requirements and best practice into functional documentation.
•Perform configuration work, testing, and documentation for local clinical functionality of TrakCare.
•Develop use cases/product requirements and provide business analysis for problems and new requests.
•Collect, synthesize, and prioritize customer feedback using customer feedback sessions and other mechanisms.
•Support development and implementation by collaborating with developers and internal stakeholders; deliver product presentations/demos to support knowledge sharing and client requirements.

Key Requirements

•Clinical experience, preferably as a Medical Doctor or Nursing professional.
•Experience working with Healthcare IT, preferably through a software implementation as a vendor or customer.
•Experience writing use cases, requirements, or functional documentation for healthcare applications.
•Previous in-depth experience working with healthcare applications.
•University degree in Technology, Science, Medical, or Healthcare.
