Job Summary

Own the Operations NPI program roadmap from tape-out through production release for NVIDIA’s silicon products. Track critical paths, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional status across ASIC, product, test, systems, software, and planning teams. Collaborate on the Plan of Record (POR), qualification plans, and checklists; develop wafer/hardware risk and sample supply plans; and drive NPI process improvements, metrics, and bring-up budget/OPEX management.

•Track and communicate key results, constraints, risks, dependencies, and critical paths across ASIC, product, test, systems, software engineering, planning, and other program teams.
•Handle independent cross-functional communications in a matrixed GM environment; publish progress and roadblocks to upper management.
•Collaborate on the Plan of Record (POR) by ensuring qualification plans, checklists, and specifications support production release.
•Develop engineering wafer and hardware risk plans and own internal and external sample supply.
•Drive NPI process improvement initiatives, own NPI supply/production ramp/release turning-point metrics, and manage bring-up budgets/OPEX.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 322,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of proven experience in an engineering or technical/engineering program management role.
•Bachelor’s degree in EE (or equivalent experience); Master’s preferred.
•Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional influencing skills.
•Proficiency in program management and planning tools; ability to analyze and improve supply chain processes.
•Excellent knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flow and processes.
