Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning and Career Development modules. Gather and translate HR stakeholder requirements, configure talent pools, calibration sessions, and career development plans, and help integrate with Performance & Goals and Employee Central. Build dashboards and reports for talent reviews, provide exposure to Talent Intelligent Hub and Job Profile Builder, and train HR users on talent management processes.
