Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide academic and practical instruction for F-35 avionics students in classroom and on training devices.
  • •Support students with assistance including remedial training, revision, and assessment re-sits.
  • •Record student progress and sign training records as required.
  • •Evaluate and validate courseware within the F-35 Training Management System affecting avionics trade training.
  • •Review courses in TMS and propose changes via the Training Systems Support Centre, while promoting health and safety under applicable policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 44,000

Key Requirements

  • •Level 3 Qualification in Aerospace Engineering/Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics/Electrical) or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience of military aircraft maintenance, including supervisory level experience.
  • •Knowledge of military avionics systems such as Air Intercept RADAR/GMTI RADAR, L16, EO Sensors, and cryptographic key material handling.
  • •Level 3 qualification in education and training or equivalent experience (desirable).
  • •Appropriate practical familiarity with training delivery and assessment, including student support and remedial training.
