Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the development and commercialization process for assigned products with Tier 1 factory personnel and technical teams.
  • •Provide technical expertise to support transition from design into samples and production, ensuring manufacturability, material selection, standards, timelines, and cost-to-target.
  • •Supervise direct development between HQ/creation center and Tier 1 factories, prioritizing Create to Value and product integrity.
  • •Drive continuous upgrades of technical applications and processes and implement new technology in development and engineering.
  • •Ensure sourcing operations comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering or related areas.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience.
  • •Experience in pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, and materials processing.
  • •Ability to read shell patterns, 2D/3D blueprints, and BOM/CBD, FCT, etc.
  • •Good knowledge of manufacturing process and product testing/evaluation.
