Job Summary

Drive Intel’s financial performance by coordinating capitalization processes and supporting month-end close and management reporting. Partner with business units to deliver timely, accurate insights, perform root-cause analysis of variances, and evaluate capital expenditure needs and financing options. Build workflows and financial tools that connect technical and business requirements, recommending automation to improve efficiency and decision-making through ad hoc financial and KPI analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in monthly planning and reporting for the capitalization process.
•Support capitalization activities including Tool Install scope across Foundry Front End and Back End activities.
•Identify and implement process improvements to enhance month-end close efficiency and management reporting.
•Develop workflows and financial tools bridging technical and business needs, recommending automation.
•Perform root cause analysis of variances and provide decision support through ad hoc financial and KPI analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance areas such as Business Administration or Accounting (Industrial Engineering acceptable).
•3+ years of practical experience in relevant financial roles.
•Familiarity with SAP and Power BI for data visualization and financial analysis.
•Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including managing large datasets.
•Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
