Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage referral partnerships with physicians, care coordinators, social workers, and senior-focused organizations; educate providers on Sailor Health’s services and referral workflows.
•Drive territory growth by establishing new partnerships, managing high-priority accounts, and maintaining proactive outreach across the local healthcare ecosystem.
•Spend 4–5 days per week meeting partners in person, attending community events, provider meetings, and networking opportunities.
•Collaborate with clinical, operations, and patient experience teams to ensure a seamless referral and onboarding experience; share market feedback to refine outreach, messaging, and partnership playbooks.
•Deliver compelling presentations to groups of providers and build 1-on-1 relationships with PCPs; balance strategic territory planning with meticulous follow-up.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually
