Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive customer adoption from pre-sales requirements gathering and early proof-of-value through strategic roadmapping, phased implementation, and successful activation.
  • •Design and build customer contracting processes in Ironclad by translating solution design into configured workflows, templates, and integrations.
  • •Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end, determining the right technical approach and phased scope based on goals and critical requirements.
  • •Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation, advising on safe and effective AI integration across the contracting lifecycle.
  • •Lead executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, and serve as the voice of the customer to feed insights to the Product team.
