Junior Manager Music Licensing (m/w/d) - Synch & Rights Management

Own project management for local music licensing requests covering Sony Music’s global repertoire, with a focus on advertising and video games. Advise creatively on the right soundtracks for partners’ projects, build relationships with labels and industry events, and run CRM activities such as listening sessions and event invitations. Manage rights clearances through contract finalization with the legal team, maintain licensing data, and deliver reporting and market analyses to support revenue goals.
