Supply Project Coordinator (Shinagawa, Tokyo-To, JP, 140-0005)

Coordinate and facilitate supply-related cross-functional business meetings to drive supply business results and objectives. Own production planning by confirming forecasts and production orders with manufacturers, aligning requirements with supplier capacity and raw material/packaging availability, and pushing schedule changes when needed. Manage stock levels to protect service levels, oversee new-product project meeting activities, and handle trade sample preparation plus cost-saving and SKU rationalization projects.
