Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing negotiable items, transfers, and daily cash balancing while providing courteous customer service. Operate an online teller terminal, maintain privacy of customer information, and resolve customer inquiries promptly. Follow teller procedures and compliance requirements, detect and resolve discrepancies, and cross-sell bank products to strengthen customer relationships. Coordinate with area personnel, complete accurate reports, and attend training as scheduled.
