Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct adoption of AI design tools to compress the development lifecycle from weeks to days while maintaining quality.
  • •Define and enforce architecture and technical standards for production-ready full-stack applications, including scalability, performance, and accessibility.
  • •Lead integration of Figma-based design systems with AI-driven development to automate handoffs and reduce friction.
  • •Manage ticket-driven workflows in Jira and ensure team velocity with enterprise-level technical documentation.
  • •Oversee backend and data strategy, including secure authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT), Supabase-based services, and RESTful API/API design to support frontend functionality.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years in full-stack development with at least 3+ years in a management capacity.
  • •Implement AI design tools (e.g., v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable or similar) and workflow automation (e.g., N8N).
  • •Expert-level knowledge of modern frameworks and languages including React, Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, plus Python, PHP, and NodeJS.
  • •Expertise in design systems, design tokens, and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, including Figma design system management.
  • •Cloud and enterprise security knowledge across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including REST/GraphQL API and authentication (OAuth, JWT).
