  • •Design, assess, implement, and administer compensation programs, practices, and policies (executive and non-executive).
  • •Analyze organizational trends and market data to identify root causes and address compensation issues.
  • •Advise senior leadership and HR business partners on compensation programs, practices, and policies to ensure competitiveness, strategic alignment, and legal compliance.
  • •Provide guidance, oversight, and communication on compensation programs and the total rewards philosophy and strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6+ years of relevant work experience in compensation, or related HR, Finance, or business sales operations experience including consulting/analysis or business management.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software used for analysis, charts, and supporting documentation.
  • •Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations including Equal Pay Act and other nondiscrimination laws, and federal contractor/affirmative action requirements.
  • •Experience using Workday and Tableau to drive process improvements, reporting, and operational efficiency.
