Job Summary

Review project plans and specifications, inspect completed work or work in progress, and ensure activities meet technical and quality requirements. Support QA/QC planning by controlling QA/QC plans, method statements, and test plans, preparing work inspection requests, and running toolbox and method statement briefings. Verify incoming materials against specifications and submittals, and support HSE initiatives, safety awareness, and incident reporting in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Review plans and specifications and compare completed work against specification requirements.
•Inspect completed work or work in progress to determine compliance with specifications.
•Improve overall quality by identifying approaches and methods to strengthen QA/QC practices.
•Control QA/QC plans, method statements, and test plans and implement them during the project.
•Prepare and submit WIRs for construction activities, conduct toolbox and method statement briefings, and verify incoming materials.

Key Requirements

•Ensure inspected work meets project specifications and requirements.
•Establish and implement QA/QC control for QA/QC plans, method statements, and test plans before and during the project.
•Prepare work inspection requests (WIR) for site construction activities and submit to the consultant.
•Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals.
•Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution aligned with company and IMS policies.
