Location: San Francisco
Workplace: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own fulfillment unit economics and scenario modeling. Build and maintain the financial models that underpin Faire’s fulfillment strategy—cost-to-serve, network economics, carrier and 3PL pricing—and translate outputs into clear tradeoffs that inform investment decisions and operational priorities.
  • •Support 3PL and carrier contract strategy. Lead financial analysis for negotiations, including scenario modeling across rate structures, volume commitments, and service tiers so Faire enters and renews contracts from a position of analytical strength.
  • •Connect fulfillment to brand, retailer, and GMV outcomes. Develop a sharp view of how fulfillment cost, speed, and reliability intersect with brand and retailer behavior; use those insights to shape product and GTM strategy.
  • •Influence the fulfillment roadmap at leadership level. Partner with Product, GTM, and Business Development on investment decisions; deliver hypothesis-driven analysis that ties operational tradeoffs to Faire’s broader financial outputs.
  • •Elevate executive communication. Distill complex fulfillment economics into clear, decision-ready narratives—from board-level framing to operational deep dives—so the right detail reaches the right audience.
