Key Responsibilities

  • •Own deployed imaging system success by ensuring health and uptime and driving resolution when issues arise.
  • •Build and maintain modular production services running on edge-compute devices, designed for reliability and maintainability.
  • •Support field operations by diagnosing and resolving issues on deployed hardware with field operators and non-technical users.
  • •Serve as a technical representative/subject matter expert in integrations with other products and teams, sometimes remotely or on-site.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience with meaningful production responsibility, owning systems after they ship.
  • •Strong Python and C++ skills, able to work effectively in either language.
  • •5+ years working in Linux-based environments, including bare-metal hardware.
  • •Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across system boundaries (networking, services, hardware interaction) with partial visibility.
  • •Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
