Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain end-to-end production schedules, including work center schedules, build plans, and key milestones.
  • •Establish, manage, and be accountable for ECDs and schedule commitments across assigned programs and work centers.
  • •Develop, baseline, and continuously maintain executable schedules reflecting material availability, capacity, and labor constraints.
  • •Monitor schedule performance, identify risks/delays, and proactively develop recovery plans or schedule alternatives.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and others to ensure schedule feasibility and execution alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in manufacturing scheduling and/or production planning.
  • •Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to meet aggressive schedules.
  • •Experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or similar.
  • •3+ years performing scheduling in a production environment using an MRP system.
