Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, diagnose, and repair building systems to support occupant comfort and facility operations.
•Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs, including troubleshooting and fixing related equipment.
•Carry out general maintenance and construction tasks such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and building hardware repairs.
•Use hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters) and complete work order tracking in CMMS/MS Office.
•Follow safety procedures and respond to emergency/on-call needs while communicating professionally with building occupants and tenants.
