Engineering Manager (Backend), Consumer Alliance

Lead the Engineering vision and execution for the Customer Orders squad, responsible for turning customer intent into accurate, trackable orders. Own the architecture and reliability of order creation and tracking (subscription cutoff and on-demand one-time purchases), driving correctness, idempotency, and data integrity at HelloFresh scale. Manage and grow a cross-functional team of seven engineers, collaborating with product, frontend, and data while championing observability, on-call readiness, and continuous improvement.
