Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
•Manage facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality when the General Manager is not onsite.
•Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership.
•Run weekly site performance reviews and report performance vs. targets, challenges, and countermeasures.
•Support continuous improvement projects, guide daily manager huddles, coach Reconditioning Leads/Managers, and uphold operating standards and safety/loss prevention guidelines.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading a team of over 50 associates and developing employees.
•Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
•Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
•Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
