Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain office networking standards and act as the final technical point of contact for critical global network infrastructure issues.
  • •Lead NetDevOps and automation efforts: use version control, CI/CD, and cloud-managed deployment to eliminate manual configuration practices.
  • •Collaborate with Information Security and others to implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and advance security/compliance while balancing user experience.
  • •Manage end-to-end lifecycle of multi-million-dollar global network hardware, including design, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • •Own the 99.9% network availability SLA by developing architectural changes and advanced observability to measure adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Define and maintain Ripple office networking standards with an end-user-experience-first mentality.
  • •Expert-level understanding of Arista EOS (CloudVision) and Aruba Central.
  • •Deep experience with Palo Alto Networks (Panorama, GlobalProtect, Prisma) and cloud-based Radius/TACACS+ authentication plus certificate management platforms (Arista AGNI, Foxpass, ClearPass).
  • •Expertise in Arista (EOS/CloudVision) and Juniper (JunOS) switching/routing, including MLAG and LACP switch stacking for high availability.
  • •Proficiency in NetDevOps tooling such as Python and Ansible, plus advanced administration of Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) and SNMP-based alerting/logging (Auvix, Logicmonitor).
