Accurately assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisals, ensuring optioning and inventory updates are correct. Perform imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites, support wholesale auction preparation and operations, and complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies. Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising, collaborate with Buyers and Purchasing Managers, and help onboard new associates while following EH&S requirements and keeping the work area organized.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments, documenting cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising as needed, and collaborate with the team to maintain operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.4 - 32.6 hourly
