•Integrate Salesforce with diverse tools and third-party applications using Salesforce APIs.
•Develop coding solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, SOQL, and REST APIs, with emphasis on cloud events between external systems and Salesforce.
•Leverage workflow, process builder, and flows to optimize Salesforce functionality.
•Demonstrate expert knowledge in CRM Sales and Customer Service functionality, including integrations with external systems.
•Execute data migration tasks within the Salesforce environment.
