Superintendent MEM-2

Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You’ll oversee maintenance teams and contractors, plan daily and shutdown maintenance work, drive reliability and failure investigations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Manage performance, coaching, and training, monitor maintenance KPIs and costs, and incorporate OEM maintenance standards into fleet programs.
