Job Summary

Own and execute the AI workstream across the digital products portfolio by developing and continuously refining an AI roadmap and use-case prioritisation framework. Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI initiatives as a product owner, from business case and requirements through implementation, monitoring, and refinement. Partner with technology teams and vendors, define UAT acceptance criteria, manage risks and governance (including security and responsible AI), and report outcomes using measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the AI roadmap for the Registration Authority, aligned to the digital products roadmap and central AI programme.
•Continuously refine the AI use-case assessment and prioritisation framework; identify, document, and prioritise AI use cases across business functions.
•Prepare business cases and requirements documentation with success criteria and measurable KPIs.
•Manage prioritised AI use cases with technology teams and vendors through delivery as product owner; monitor performance and drive refinement.
•Define UAT acceptance criteria, lead UAT, ensure defect resolution and sign-off, and coordinate compliance with information security, data protection, and responsible AI governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, business, engineering, or similar).
•8+ years' experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital transformation with exposure to AI/ML initiatives.
•Demonstrable experience leading AI programmes end to end, including use case identification, prioritisation, delivery, and post-implementation monitoring.
•Hands-on experience with low-code AI/automation platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate (or equivalent).
•Experience writing requirements documentation, business cases, and prioritisation frameworks, and planning/leading UAT within structured delivery processes.
