Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out reactive, proactive, and pre-planned repairs to required standards within SLA deadlines.
  • •Cover Blackburn and Lancashire and manage your own workflow while working within a team when needed.
  • •Maintain Health & Safety for yourself and users of the property during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
  • •Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis to provide 24/7 emergency cover every 8–10 weeks for emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • •Have previous maintenance experience in a related field such as joinery, fitting, plumbing, and/or painting & decorating.

  • •Be responsible for your own Health & Safety and that of all users of the property during and after works.
  • •All offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office.
