Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs and strategic client engagements.
  • •Engage with C-level executives and client decision-makers to shape solution approaches.

  • •Partner with solution architects, functional and technical teams, sales, and account management to define practical D365 solutions.

  • •10+ years of experience in program management, delivery leadership, consulting, or enterprise technology programs.

  • •Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle, managed services, risks, scope, and delivery governance.
  • •Ability to work onsite in New Hampshire or travel 50–75% as needed.
