Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine when and how to engage clients based on calculated ROI so activities translate to tangible customer value.
  • •Own the Signature customer success experience across complex, multi-org engagements by integrating priorities and timelines into comprehensive success plans.
  • •Mobilize resources as the central point of connection between the customer and internal experts to meet customer needs.
  • •Craft engagement charters with clear goals and metrics and align internal stakeholders to deliver through the Signature offer.
  • •Lead risk identification and mitigation using escalation and incident management processes, including governance and trust-by-design guidance for AI adoption.
