•Oversee project planning, execution strategies, and resource allocation to align with business objectives and growth priorities.
•Drive contractor performance, procurement strategies, and mitigation plans to meet timelines and delivery goals.
•Manage change requests by communicating impacts on scope, schedule, and budget to stakeholders.
